the host is amazing - very kind and dynamic at the same time. He is very loving which is nice. He is not afraid to say 'boobies' LOL! I love him. Love him, love the show

I PVR this show when I can't catch it...it's THAT fun to watch. I think Zain does a good job but most of all I love the courage that the women have.

I certainly love the UK version of this and Zain is a great host. But I would like to see a bigger variety of female body types. So far, everyone seems to be a smaller body type, less than a size 12. It would be nice to see a female who represents the average/normal body type - around size 14. Other than that, keep up the good work!

I loved the British show and Gok wan I though would be hard to beat. Carson from the USA didn't even come close but Zain is, hands down, my favourite: sensitive, supportive, funny, affectionate, full of style knowledge, and truly caring. he is the best. THE BEST!!!

I think the show is great and am pleased that it seems to help so many women gain back their self-confidence about their body. Like other women around the World and here in Canada I'm not to pleased with my body either, but its part of the culture that we live in that anyone who doesn't fit into the "norm" isn't looked upon with favor. If you do not look right or you don't look right for what ever business you wish to work in you are over looked for someone who better fits their idea of what have you for that business. I know I would love to feel sexy in my own skin never mind my body itself. But I'd also love to feel good in what I wear instead of feeling like a ballon.

Hi, I think self confidence is a very important thing. Unfortunately i don't have it. I have lost 116 lbs, from 266 to 150 but when I look at myself I still see fat. I really need help to believe that I am attractive and a worthwhile person. A woman who is sexy not only to my spouse but too myself. I agree with the other comments it is not fair that you only help women in Ontario the rest of the country needs you too!

I love the show and Zain is hilarious, obviously a kind soul who really knows how to motivate people. Reading through the comments posted here there appears to be a trend, there are alot of Canadian women with body image issues. I also have the same dilemma. I have never been able to strip down in front of anyone including my husband. I have a pear shaped body and gave up trying to find the right clothes. I am a mother of two teenage boys and am always putting myself last. It is only recently that I have started to take a real good look at myself and I don't like what I see. I hope that someday I will have the strength and courage that Jillian had. She totally inspired me.

Hi, I was just wondering how comes I only see ladies who consider themselves fat on your shows, what about ladies like myself who consider themselves too skinny?

I watch your show occasionally, and really enjoy that you aren't putting people down, and building them up based on what they have. It's fantastic! I have a neat suggestion for a show. I am currently pregnant for the 5th time, and due in Dec., and I really haven't felt sexy any of those times. I think you need to do a how to look good naked, and pregnant Canada!!! It would build confidence for us pregnant women, and help us know too what to wear to accentuate our beautiful bumps and how to enjoy this truly blessed time of our lives. Just a suggestion! Keep up the good work!

I have many people asking me when I'm expecting, and the sad thing about is I'm not. I'm tired of people mistaking my belly as some one how is pregnant this is really affecting my confidence to the point that I don't want to make love to my husband in the light. I would love to be part of your show, how can I this be done.

I love the show. Really enjoyed watching the few shows I have seen. I wish I could even have the confidence to even apply to be on the show. This is something I really struggle with. What I struggle with is being able to look at my self in the mirror without being reminded of my abusive past.

how can i get my wife on your show to show her how georgous she really looks. she is 53 years old and looks great, she does not think so. we have been married for 36 glorious years and she needs to know that she is still georgous.

Hey, I really enjoy the show but I was wondering, the show seems to focus on women who are larger in frame but still very beautiful. While I am a 18 year old mother who has never found myself attractive, now with stretch-marks from a ten pound baby, I see myself as disgusting, though my boyfriend persistently says he loves me the way I am. Could you put on some women who are struggling being comfortable in their own skin no matter the size.

I think I need to be a contestant on your show, however, the thought intrigues me yet scares me to death. I am a recently divorced 52 year old and I 'exist' in life, not 'live'. I experienced a great deal of loss 4 years ago and can't seem to get out of the rut. I'm very overweight and absolutely hate myself. I stick to the house 99% of time when not at work. Many people have commented over the years that I am attractive even 'fat' but I always think they are just trying to be nice. I'm a fairly smart woman, work as an administrator, very outgoing but once I get home at 5pm, I become a recluse. I only have a mom and a son and I feel I have very little support from that side of things. The death of my dad, going through divorce as a result of alcoholism, still carrying around the emotional and phsycological abuse of my alcoholic exhusband really scares me. I've lost confidence, self-assurance, but most of all HOPE. I don’t even remember what ‘happy’ feels like. I saw your show today for the first time and thought to myself, maybe this is a sign so I decided to write. Please consider me for a contestant, it might be just what I need, to see a future ...Thank you. Kim in Ontario, Canada
